How do I subscribe to a product?
To start your Brainzyme® subscription, simply go to the page of your chosen product, select your quantity and click the "Subscribe & Save" option. Choose your delivery frequency (30, 60, 90 or 180 days), then add to cart and proceed to checkout.
What are the benefits of subscribing to Brainzyme®?
By subscribing, you'll receive a generous 16% discount on your first order and every recurring order. Additionally, you can easily earn Medals and receive Cash Vouchers to apply to your subscription. With a subscription, you'll never run out of your favourite Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements.
How do I cancel or skip my subscription?
To cancel or skip your subscription, simply click on the 'Account' icon (see below) at the top right of any page.
Enter the email address you used to place your subscription order. You will receive an email with a code which you can copy and paste into the customer portal to access your subscriptions. Then select "Manage Subscriptions".
To skip your next delivery, simply click on the "Skip delivery" option which is located beside your next scheduled delivery date.
To cancel your subscription, simply select "Cancel my subscription" which can be located underneath your payment method information.
Please note: Cancelling or skipping your subscription only affects future deliveries. This will not cancel or refund subscription orders that have been placed or shipped - but don't worry, you can always return or exchange them following our 365-day Refund Policy or contact support@brainzyme.com for assistance.
How do I update my subscription preferences?
To manage your subscriptions, simply click on the 'Account' icon (see below) at the top right of any page.
Enter the email address you used to place your subscription order. You will receive an email with a code which you can copy and paste into the customer portal. Then select "Manage Subscriptions". You can edit the subscription frequency, change products, skip orders or cancel the subscription, apply discount codes and update your details and payment method.
Please note: Cancelling or skipping your subscription only affects future deliveries. This will not cancel or refund subscription orders that have been placed or shipped - but don't worry, you can always return or exchange them following our 365-day Refund Policy or contact support@brainzyme.com for assistance.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your first payment will be taken at checkout.
After this, your payment card will be automatically charged at your chosen frequency (30, 60, 90 or 180 days) until you cancel your subscription. This includes any applicable shipping fees.
Can I apply a discount code or a Medal's Cash Voucher to my subscription purchase?
When you subscribe to Brainzyme®, you automatically get a 16% discount on your first order and all future subscription orders.
If you have a discount code or a Medal's Cash Voucher, you can apply it during checkout or to an existing subscription in "Manage Subscriptions".
