All three Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formulas share the core benefit of improving focus and energy to help you think clearer and get more done. However, there are differences in the full list of ingredients as well as the benefits and effects:

Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ our best-selling formula, will provide a sustained strong focus and mental energy boost with motivated mood and memory support for up to 8 hours. This is typically the preferred option for people who may be suffering from brain fog or lack of motivation.

Containing 20 active ingredients it costs £0.97 per daily serving (when purchasing 1 month’s supply).

Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ is the ideal stress relief focus supplement. It provides a sustained stress-free focus and mental energy boost with positive mood, memory and brain health support for up to 8 hours. It contains a live culture for gut health and is typically the preferred option for people looking to feel less tense.

Containing 29 active ingredients it costs £1.57 per daily serving (when purchasing 1 month’s supply).

Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ is a great mild focus supplement. It provides a sustained focus and mental energy boost with calm mood support for up to 6 hours. It is a suitable and mild introduction for children in the 10-15 age range and sensitive adults.

Containing 12 active ingredients it costs £0.60 per daily serving (when purchasing 1 month’s supply).

You can try all 3 formulas by purchasing the Brainzyme® FOCUS™ Starter Bundle which includes 1 pack (30 capsules) of each Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplement with a 17% discount.

The Starter Bundle includes all three Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formulas: ORIGINAL™, PRO™, and ELITE™. Each Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formula can feel quite different from one another. Here are our recommendations on how to use the Starter Bundle:

• Use only 1 formula per day.
• Take 2 capsules 60 minutes after food.
• Assess how you feel.
• Adjust the dosage for the strength you require.
• Repeat with a different formula.

This approach allows you to experience each formula individually and determine which works best for your needs.

Directions for Use (Aged 16+): Take 2 capsules, 60 minutes after food, with a full glass of water. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take the capsules at least 30 minutes before food, and/or increase the dosage. Take capsules at least 2 hours away from other supplements and medication.

Children aged 10-15: Open 1 capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food to consume. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take 1 capsule with water as directed above. Children should try Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ before Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ and ELITE™.

Maximum Dosage: Aged 16+: up to 6 capsules per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: up to 4 capsules per day. Children aged 10-15: up to 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

If you would like some advice on how to maximise the effects, please contact support@brainzyme.com.

For best results, take Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements away from food when you need the most support with focus and energy. This varies from person to person.

For example, some people prefer taking them in the early afternoon to counter natural energy dips and maintain productivity. Others find taking them in the morning works best to kickstart their day. You can also be flexible and take them whenever you typically experience a drop in focus or energy.

Align the time you take Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements with your natural energy patterns for the best results.

Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements are fast-acting and easily absorbed. They start working from day 1 and the effects last for 6-8 hours.

For best results, we recommend consistent use for at least 3 weeks.

You will experience a powerful yet smooth increase in focus and energy from day 1 of taking your first dose. This sustained effect typically lasts 6-8 hours. In summary, here's what you can expect from each formula:

• Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ can support focus and help you feel motivated.
• Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ can support focus and help you feel more positive.
• Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ can support focus and help you feel calm.

For best results, we recommend consistent use for at least 3 weeks.

Yes, you can take Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements every day. In addition to the effects you feel within an hour, there are benefits of taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements over a longer period (several weeks or months) as your body and brain absorb the vitamins and minerals.

We suggest taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements daily for at least 30 days in order to maximise the effects. Additionally, some customers like to switch between formulas during the week to maximise the tangibility of the effects.

For example by taking Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ Monday-Wednesday for a strong and motivated start to the week, and then switching to Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ Thursday-Friday for a more relaxed and positive transition into the weekend.

No. We recommend taking only one Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formula per day. While it would be safe to combine the different formulas, each formula is designed to work optimally on its own, and combining them won't enhance their effectiveness.

Choose the formula that best matches your needs for the day and stick to that formula only.

For example, many customers create weekly routines – using Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ Monday through Wednesday for a motivated and productive start to the week, then using Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ Thursday and Friday for a positive and stress-free transition into the weekend.

For children between the ages of 10 and 15, we recommend starting with 1 capsule per day of our mildest formula Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™. Then if you feel necessary, increase to a maximum of 2 capsules per day.

We advise you to open 1 capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food to consume. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take 1 capsule with a glass of water 60 minutes after food.

Only after they have tried Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ should they try Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ or ELITE™, following the same method.

Please note: We do not recommend giving Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements to children under 10 years of age.

We recommend taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements at least 2 hours apart from any medication. Start with one capsule to evaluate how you feel.

Our supplements contain only plant, vitamin and mineral ingredients that are classified as 'food' under UK Department of Health regulations and GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) under US FDA regulations for dietary supplements. While this means they are generally safe for all customers, it's always best to separate supplement and medication timing.

Yes — the most effective dopamine supplements use compounds and building blocks your brain needs to produce dopamine naturally. Taking dopamine directly as a supplement does not work, because the molecule cannot cross the blood-brain barrier.

What you can do is supply the building blocks your brain needs across the entire dopamine synthesis pathway. L-Tyrosine is the direct compound your brain converts into dopamine. Vitamin B6 catalyses that conversion. Folate and B12 regenerate BH4, the cofactor needed by the rate-limiting enzyme in the pathway. Vitamin C supports downstream conversion and protects dopaminergic neurons. Zinc modulates dopamine recycling at the synapse. Piperine slows the enzymes that break dopamine down and enhances absorption across the whole stack.

Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ brings all of these together — compounds, building blocks, system modulators, and neuroprotective ingredients — so your brain has what it needs to support dopamine production across multiple pathways simultaneously.

Yes — the most effective GABA supplements use compounds and building blocks your brain needs to produce GABA naturally. Taking GABA directly as a supplement is largely ineffective, because the molecule does not reliably cross the blood-brain barrier.

A more effective approach supplies the full range of building blocks across the synthesis pathway: L-Theanine crosses the blood-brain barrier and directly promotes GABA activity. B6 catalyses GABA synthesis via the enzyme GAD. B1 supports GABAergic neuron function. Magnesium enhances GABA receptor signalling and blocks excitatory signals. Zinc modulates GABA-A receptor activity. Curcumin may support GAD activity and reduce neuroinflammation. A live culture (L. acidophilus) contributes to a balanced gut flora. The gut and the brain communicate via the vagus nerve. Piperine enhances absorption across the whole stack.

Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ brings all of these together as a daytime GABA supplement — supporting calm, clear focus during your day without the drowsiness of conventional GABA products.
