Yes, you can take Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements every day. In addition to the effects you feel within an hour, there are benefits of taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements over a longer period (several weeks or months) as your body and brain absorb the vitamins and minerals.

We suggest taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements daily for at least 30 days in order to maximise the effects. Additionally, some customers like to switch between formulas during the week to maximise the tangibility of the effects.

For example by taking Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ Monday-Wednesday for a strong and motivated start to the week, and then switching to Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ Thursday-Friday for a more relaxed and positive transition into the weekend.

We recommend taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements at least 2 hours apart from any medication. Start with one capsule to evaluate how you feel.

Our supplements contain only plant, vitamin and mineral ingredients that are classified as 'food' under UK Department of Health regulations and GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) under US FDA regulations for dietary supplements. While this means they are generally safe for all customers, it's always best to separate supplement and medication timing.
