Take 2 capsules 60 minutes after food, with half a glass of water before and another half immediately after. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take the capsules at least 30 minutes before food, and/or increase the dosage.

Maximum Dosage: Adults and young persons aged 16 and over: up to 6 capsules per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: up to 4 capsules per day. Children aged 10 and over: up to 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

We suggest taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements daily for at least 30 days in order to maximise the effects. Additionally, some customers like to switch between formulas from time to time to maximise the tangibility of the effects.

Children aged 10-15 should start with one capsule initially. Take the capsules 60 minutes after food or alternatively together with low-protein food.
