I have unmedicated ADHD, this product has been a huge help in getting myself past the "thinking" stage and into the "doing" one. I was initially sceptical, but every day I see the differences they are making for me.

First feedback is good for my grandson

I have been using Brainzyme on and off for a couple of years now. At first I took brainzyme to help me through my university assignments and exams as I really struggled to concentrate for more than 20 minutes. It was a game changer. I had longer focus and my memory was much sharper. Taking them before my exams was brilliant!
I now take them when I'm struggling with motivation, low mood and anxiety (especially when I'm hormonal) Running a business can be stressful, but I am able to get a lot more done, with a positive clear mind and I generally feel more energised and motivated for the day. I have tried all three types and the brainzyme elite is definitely the best, (more expensive but 100% worth the money) I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review but I didn't realise how much a natural supplement could make a difference.
