8) Get a good sleep

A night of restful sleep is really important for daily functioning, and some studies suggest that people with ADD have a more likely chance at suffering sleep disorders.

You can also cut down on caffeine as this will inevitably disrupt your sleep, and too much of it can make you even more distracted.

9) Change or improve your diet

Your diet and nutrition certainly play into how you can manage ADD symptoms. While your diet cannot cause this disorder, you can definitely make adjustments that could help in your daily life.
